TOUR DESCRIPTION
Italy - Summer in the south! When you think of Tuscany, a great many impressions pass through your mind: rolling hills, epic architecture, azure sea, the aromatic scent of herbs and citrus, the melodic babble of the locals and, of course, the fantastic cuisine and the wine. Italy calms the mind and soul! With this sailing and cycling tour of Tuscany, you will enjoy landscapes with cypress trees, wine fields and olive trees stretching through the hills that characterize the typical Tuscan landscape. Picturesque medieval towns with small cobbled streets and colorful houses. Beautiful sandy beaches and small bays invite you to swim in the sparkling blue waters.

SCHEDULE

Day 1 ARRIVAL - Porto Santo Stefano - ”We embark”
.

Individual arrival in Porto St. Stefano, a wonderful and lively port city on the north side of the Monte Argentario peninsula. Boarding takes place at 6 pm. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage on board from 2:00 PM. With a short walk through the medieval old town, painted in a pink and beige wash, you will quickly realize that you are now on vacation. Also, we can recommend a walk to the Fortezza Spagnola, built in the seventeenth century as a means to protect the city, located on the hill above the old town. The first dinner on board is a great way to meet your guides and crew. We will spend the night in Porto St. Stefano.

Day 2 Monte Argentario - Talamone

.

From Porto St. Stefano, your first bike tour takes you to the historic town of Orbetello. With a bit of luck, you will be able to admire the spectacular swarm of flamingos in the natural oasis of WWF Laguna di Orbetello. Then your bike tour will take you to the ruins of the forCficada Roman city of Cosa and then through the nature reserve of Duna Feniglia, whose beautiful pine forest will enchant you. and we return to Porto Santo Stefano, where the AtlanCs awaits our arrival to cross to Talamone.

Day 3 Talamone - Magliano di Toskana - Talamone

After breakfast, we begin a tour of undulating landscapes characterized by vineyards and olive groves. Past Lake Poggio Pero; or you arrive in the medieval town of Magliano di Toskana. The picturesque city with its llama @ vas doors and walkable walls invites you to stop. On the way back to Talamone, whose bay is highly appreciated by kiters and windsurfers, the beautiful Tuscan landscape shows its most beautiful side once again. Before dining on board the Atlan @ s, we invite you to a tasting of typical Tuscan wines.

Day 4 Talamone - Porto Azzuro

.

This morning is used to cross to Elba, in which you can get an introduction to sailing in fair winds and sail together. After Sicily and Sardinia, Elba is the third largest island in Italy and impresses with its charm, exuberant nature and rich history. After a light lunch on board, disembark. Your afternoon drive through the varied island leads to Capoliveri and along a wonderful panoramic road. In the evening, take the opportunity to take a walk through the charming little port town of Porto Azzuro.

Day 5 Porto Azzuro –Enfola Bay

.

Today the day starts from Porto Azzuro to the north of the island of Elba. After the coffee break at Rio nell 'Elba, you will arrive at one of the most impressive viewpoints of the trip. In Voltereio you look at the bay of Portoferreio, the capital of the island. The tour ends in the beautiful Enfola Bay.

Day 6 Patresi - Marina di Campo

Today the queen's stage awaits you! You cross the island by bike. After visiting the mountain villages of Marciana, reach the highest point of the tour at Monte Perone. Then it's just downhill to the town of San Piero en Campo, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch overlooking your boat. After the tour, you take a refreshing bath, directly from your boat. Then the sails are set with the challenge: Isla Giglio. Isola Giglio is located at the southern tip of the Tuscan archipelago and is a scenic gem. Mountains, forests, unspoiled nature, crystal clear sea!

Day 7 Island Giglio - Porto St. Stefano

.

You go ashore at Campese in the west of the island. The destination of your bike tour today is the medieval town of Giglio Castello, enthroned on the island of Giglio. A quick descent takes you to Giglio Porto. Enjoy the last cruise aboard the Atlan & s as you sail towards Porto St. Stefano. A celebratory dinner in the company of your travel companions, crew and guides offers a great atmosphere to enjoy the last night together, saying goodbye to the week.
